As a member of the Small Yacht Cruising Club of Pittwater, I hereby agree to abide by the Constitution, Objectives and By Laws of the Club. I acknowledge that activities associated with sea and weather may involve certain risks, and agree that as Skipper of my vessel, I will act responsibly, exercising proper seamanship during club activities. As Skipper of my vessel this is entirely my decision and responsibility. I understand and acknowledge that ‘rafting up’ on SYCC moorings is an accepted practice. The holder of the mooring has decision making power subject to weather conditions.
