An opportunity to practice longer distance offshore sailing! Ross Wolfenden has kindly offered to lead a trip to Newcastle, departing approximately Saturday 17 October, staying a few days and then sailing to Lake Macquarie approx Monday 19 October on a very good high tide arriving approx 11.30am. Members can return to Pittwater on their own schedule, or in company.

All of this is of course subject to weather conditions at the time and the state of the Swansea Channel.
